SO! We are blessed that Andy Burk was at the event on Sunday and snapped these awesome photographs. There are millions of them, we havnt had time to select the greatest, but here ar ea few anyway for now. And here are a few of the questions/answers from the cupcake surveys. Feel free to add your own answers here. On the comments here you can check “anon” and give your thoughts without having to add your identity if you like. We will be typing all of the responses up here shortly. Trying to figure out a way to have them be continually added to.

What would you imagine changing for women in society?
incremental steps; women living without fear . To be the people we want to be. Its much more than that.
Do you enjoy sex?
Yes, but there would be much less of it.
Thanks to all of you who made it to our performance last night (March 25th) at the Oddfellows Building on Capitol Hill (Seattle)! It was fantastic to get all of your feedback and your responses to our questions. We are excited to begin this dialogue. So here we are making a blog specifically for this project. We want your thoughts, responses, ideas, stories, images, everything.

Huge thanks to our wonderful collaborators and guest artists Yuko Kaseki (who is this very moment on the plane back to Berlin), and Alenka Loesch (who is most likely asleep after driving back to Portland in the middle of the night). We look forward to a year and a half collaboration! This was a great beginning.
WE WILL BE POSTING YOUR WRITTEN ANSWERS HERE SHORTLY!
This is The Blog for DAE’s new work PROJECT:”WOMEN”. Begun March of ‘07 with guest artists Yuko Kaseki (Berlin) and Alenka Loesch (Portland), exploring the vast territory that is “Women”. It will include multiple work in progress performances throughout 2007 and 2008 with a full premiere in Fall ‘08. Each performance will include chances for audience members to become part of the work; adding ideas, thoughts, reflections, inspirations, interviews and observations.
